Hyundai EON Launched starting Rs 2.69 Lakhs!

The Hyundai EON has been priced between Rs 2.69 lakhs to Rs 3.71 lakhs, offered in 6 diffrent variants as proposed by Hyundai motors.this is the launch of Hyundai’s most affordable car.

Hyundai eon has targeted the A – segment market including the Maruti Suzuki Alto and Chevrolet’s Spark cosidering EON as most economic and value for money.Equipped with 814cc three cylinder petrol engine in the Hyundai EON it is capable of developing 56 PS  power @ 5500 rpm with a maximum torque of 76.5 Nm @ 4000 rpm. As per ARAI certification, the Hyundai EON is expected to offer impressive leading mileage of more than 21.1 kms/ltr.

The top-end Sportz variant of Hyundai Eon is priced the highest @ Rs. 3.71 Lakhs.The top-end Sportz model comes with a  list of features such as metallic finish steering wheel, silver inserts in the centre console, driver’s side airbag, USB equipped stereo, fog lamps.

But, even in the higher up Magna variants features such as air tilt steering, front power windows, a rear parcel tray, gear shift indicators and central locking all come as standard.Hyundai EON looks worthy of contributing in a great way to the already rising sales figures of Hyundai, and is bound to unsettle it’s competition in the budget end of the market.

The Alto, with 3.47 lakh cars sold last fiscal year, accounted for around 16% of all cars sold in India and is the top selling car model on the planet, having edged Volkswagen’s Gol & Golf and Fiat’s Punto.
